Trade access
Trade pricing and ordering are available only to approved SCALE business accounts. Approval, credit limits and account status may be reviewed or changed by SCALE as part of normal credit and account management.
Products, pricing and availability
The live catalogue may change as brands, suppliers and ranges evolve across smoking accessories, headshop and smart-shop lines, seeds/genetics, merchandise, adult lifestyle and other specialist categories. Signed-in account pricing, confirmed quotations, sales orders and invoices are the authoritative commercial records for a transaction. Product availability remains subject to stock, legal availability and fulfilment status.
Orders and fulfilment
Orders submitted through the website, customer app or sales team enter the same governed SCALE order and warehouse workflow. Quantity changes, delivery variances, signatures and payment evidence are recorded against the native Odoo transaction.
Payment and credit
Payment terms, credit limits and collection methods are those assigned to the approved customer account or agreed for the specific transaction. Overdue balances or exceeded credit limits may restrict further orders in accordance with the account credit policy.
Specific commercial terms prevail
Where a quotation, confirmed order, invoice, written agreement or agreed account condition contains more specific commercial terms, those specific terms apply to that transaction.
